Looking to elevate your dancing technique before heading into the Ballroom Barre workshop? Join Coach-in-Residence Lori Woods-Gay for a series of targeted, 50-minute skill-building workshops designed to break down essential elements of dance movement.

Whether you want to refine your lead and follow or master elegant leg lines, each session focuses on a dedicated topic to help you dance with confidence, clarity, and control.

Workshop Schedule (Mondays, 6:00 PM – 6:50 PM)

• August 31 – Partnering: How to lead and follow a variety of partners smoothly.
• September 21 – Arm Styling: What to do with your arms to add elegance and poise.
• October 5 – Leg Lines: How your legs work to improve your presentation and posture.
• November 16 – Turns & Spins: Control, balance, and execution techniques for clean rotation.

Ticket Prices:
