WORKSHOP WUNDA CHAIR Workshops are an excellent way to keep learning and increase your movement knowledge, update and refresh your repertoire to assist or challenge your clients, and improve your teaching skills. All the workshops we offer provide continuing education credits REPs UAE (CPD). Join to our Workshop where you will get essential information about the WUNDA CHAIR. Elemental Movement biomechanics will be discussed, the workshop scheme is designed to empower critical thinking through movement concepts. Wunda Chair exercises will be taught, closely following Joseph Pilates’s base concepts.
As all bodies are different, we will also focus on adaptations and modifications to instill resilience and self-awareness.
