A Workshop with Georgia Poet Laureate Chelsea Rathburn
Home, no matter how we define it – a specific building, a town or region, or even a state of mind – is often the site of our strongest memories and deepest feelings. In this generative workshop, we’ll examine model poems, acknowledging that experiences of home can be tinged with grief as well as pleasure. You’ll receive prompts designed to help you identify powerful personal landscapes and write your way home.
About Workshop Facilitator Chelsea Rathburn

She is currently at work on a book about home and the foundations – both literal and metaphorical – that shape us.
