Stretching doesn’t always work the way we expect.
Many people stretch regularly, yet still feel tight or restricted—especially in the back, shoulders, and neck. Often, the issue isn’t a lack of flexibility, but a lack of support.
This 3-hour workshop explores how weight, resistance, and gravity can help the body feel safe enough to release. Instead of forcing tissues further, we focus on creating stability, direction, and nervous system support, allowing muscles and fascia to soften naturally.
The workshop also includes a simple, accessible anatomy overview, helping you understand how muscles, fascia, and joints interact during stretching—without technical language or memorisation. The goal is clarity, not complexity.
The practice is slow, intentional, and accessible. You’ll be guided through weighted and resistance-based stretching, combined with practical anatomical insight you can apply to your regular yoga or training practice.
This is not about pushing deeper.
It’s about stretching smarter.
