Workshop: Uncontrived Self-Esteem & Psychic Resilience

This workshop takes a deep dive into Self-Esteem and subtle influences that affect its health as well as disease.

Contrived self-esteem arises from psychological effort to build up and project a self-image. The vulnerability of such confidence is in the dependency on others to believe in the act.

A true Self-Esteem is not made from image building, but rather the result of a strong psychic resilience that rests on the foundation of deep inner sight and discernment.

The health of Self-Esteem depends on the capacity to unbind and individuate the energetic system from the collective/peripheral thought influences. In this difficult task, developed discernment and navigation in the realms of energy are essential. A mind with uncontrived Self-Esteem will deny psychic pressure, even when feeling cornered and blinded by the forceful illusion of having no way out.

• A projection of a thought is not as solid or visceral as it is experienced to be.
• Intensity of thought/emotion does not actually signal the sense of importance and urgency.
• Energetically imposed sense of time (urgency) is an illusion created by thought.
• The experience of something being taken personally is ultimately a complex web of electrical currents that conform the body to hold an emotional state.
• Awakening from constructs of guilt, shame or wrongdoing when refusing to serve other’s self-centered motives.

Our time together will consist of a focused self-inquiry discussions, guidance and plenty of time for inner exploration in the quiet and cozy space at the Sanctuary of Heart Magic.

Facilitator

Vova aspires to become literate at being human. In early twenties he had a flashback to a childhood memory of being miraculously healed from a chronic illness by a touch of a hand. Years later, his thirst for answers took him out of software engineering and through many books, places, people, countries and experiences, eventually settling down to explore within.

With many years of an in-depth dedication to meditation, self-inquiry/introspection, healing arts, and somatic practices, he continues to probe into the depth of existence. The direction of his work is set on maturing the capacity to sense with discernment into the subtle sheath of psycho-energetic imprints that span across mental, emotional, physical and energetic domains. Further emphasis is placed on the extraordinary psychosomatic relationship between thought and matter.

For over a decade, he has been restoring hearts and sharing his findings via various modalities including developing emotional intelligence, rites of passage work, one-on-one and group self-inquiry sessions, retreats in remote wilderness as well as in the comfort of a meditation center. This work is his labor of deep love and the most sincere blueprint of his individuality.
