WORKSHOP: TWERK🍑

Do you dream of learning how to twerk with confidence, technique and attitude?
Then this workshop is perfect for you!
We’ll start with an introduction to the basic twerk techniques, where you’ll learn how to create the right bounce and control in your movements. You’ll be guided through simple steps and effective techniques so you can quickly find your groove, regardless of experience💃🏼
In the second part, we’ll put it all together into an energetic choreography where you can let go and work with power, expression and confidence.

Practical info:�Bring clothing that allows your body to move freely (shorts, loose pants or a skirt are recommended).
�Knee pads are recommended, as we will also work with floor work.
