International Women’s Day Workshop: Creating Healthy Habits with Nicola Scott

To celebrate International Women’s Day on Sunday 8 March, join us at Sport and Active Health for a special workshop led by transformational life coach Nicola Scott.

Nicola worked in student sport for 10 years before launching her coaching business in 2020 to pursue her passion for helping people grow, evolve and create meaningful change. She specialises in deep personal transformation and believes that when we truly understand ourselves, we can make the right decisions in any moment.

During this interactive session, we will explore:

• What you need to make change
• What may be stopping you from making change
• How to get clear on the right change for you
• Practical strategies to help change stick
