LIGHTS, CAMERA, IMPROVISE!!!The Improvised Movie Workshop
With a single audience suggestion, students will learn how to create an entire movie. Courageous heroes... dastardly villains... mind-blowing special effects... you'll do it all and more crammed into two 25 minutes sets of improv magic.
The Improvised Movie is a wild, crazy and energetic show, where you'll never know what's going to happen next. The Improvised Movie is a 2 Night Workshop (May 15 and 22).
Students will learn how to find game in classic and contemporary movie genres and to simulate filmmaking techniques like camera angles and editing on the live stage and on the fly.
It is recommended students should have a good grasp of game for this form. The Movie allows students to become actor, director, cinematographer and special effects specialist... all through improv.
Open to improvisers who have completed Improv 301.
You need to attend both nights to be eligible for the cast of The Made Up Movie.
This workshop will be limited to 16 people.
Tuition is 70$
