Join us for a guided herbal tea tasting with Graciel of The Soul in Bloom. In this interactive class, you’ll learn how to use herbal teas and tisanes to support your overall wellness. In this class you will:
Learn the difference between teas and tisanes
The basics of how to properly prepare tea for maximum health benefit and flavor.
Throughout the tasting, you’ll enjoy four Soul In Bloom herbal tisanes—each chosen to support overall health:
As each infusion is served, Graciel will guide you through the healing properties of the herbs, how they work in the body, and what makes each blend unique.
You’ll learn about plants that can be foraged locally and how and when to harvest them. We’ll also cover drying, storing, and continuing herbal practices at home. Note-taking is encouraged—blank cards and pens are provided.
This experience is as much about tasting and learning as it is about community and curiosity. Questions are always welcomed and time is built in for discussion.
At the end of the session, Soul In Bloom herbal teas will be available for purchase so you can bring this healing practice home.
