Workshop: Succulent Pumpkins
About this Event
Living autumnal art, no carving required!
Make your fall harvest decor come alive in a workshop that starts with a mini-pumpkin and adds a textural crown of living succulents. NHG's Rusty E. Allen is your guide to making this unusual accessory, great for your own fall decor, the Thanksgiving table, or to give as a gift. Plus, your creation can last the entire fall season and your succulents can be kept, too! With our gardening twist on autumn, you'll learn a little about growing these unique, architectural plants and a lot about how to bring something new to the season.
$30 each, all supplies included. Note this workshop utilizes hot glue guns and some sharp tools, and is not recommended for the very young. PLEASE NOTE: We're using natural mini-pumpkins, and the variety and size of the one you select will vary. Most pumpkins are about 4-6" across, and your ticket includes one pumpkin and enough succulents and other elements to complete one project along with hands-on design guidance the entire way.
Make something new in one of our fun workshops at NHG. While you're here, get a craft coffee or tea drink or a glass of wine from our Cafe right next door, sit down, and create! See you there!
