Experience deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and inner peace in this 90 minute Restorative Sound Bath Workshop.
Practitioners will be guided into comfortable floor based poses, with the intention to encourage and prepare for deep rest.
The use of bolsters, blocks, and blankets will ensure maximum comfort, while the healing vibrations of Crystal Bowls, Tongue Drum, and soft background music enhance the relaxation response.
Class will conclude with 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra. (Yogic sleep)
