She knows the reality of fast-paced business environments and what it takes to lead people and projects under pressure. Today, as the founder of In Harmony-coaching, mentoring and consulting, Aga helps leaders and changemakers to lead with both results and human-centred approach in mind. Her way of coaching and facilitating workshops is combining being and doing, grounded in real business experience, embodiment and focused on practical tools you can use right away.
