This workshop is split into 2; Saturday 11th - standing series, Sunday 12th - floor series. Amrei will take you through the technique of the posture based on the dialogue, so everybody understands what the instructions mean, and know what to do in the regular practice.
She will go deep into each posture, show common misconceptions and how to fix them. There will also be individual corrections, questions and answers.
About Amrei:
Amrei holds workshops, Q&A, Master Classes, Seminars throughout Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Czech Republic and China.
Her classes embody the philosophy, technique and mental aspects of the Bikram Yoga Practice. Her classes are incredibly popular, drawing on many years of experience as a practitioner, teacher competition winner and judge of yoga asana championships.
