Playback Theatre is a unique form of improv where real stories become live performance. It’s all about deep listening, emotional truth, and creating powerful moments on stage.

In this 2-hour workshop, you’ll learn the core elements of Playback and get plenty of reps in a supportive, high-energy environment.

• Listening for meaning & emotion
• Responding with honesty instead of “chasing ideas”
• Building scenes through movement, sound & simplicity
• Performing short Playback roles & forms
• Bringing someone’s real story to life with your ensemble
