Workshop on Fostering a Societal Demand for Green and Circular Economy

We are pleased to invite you to a workshop on "Fostering a Societal Demand for Green and Circular Economy," this September 24th in New Delhi.This workshop is being organised by the Society for Technology and Action for Rural Advancement (TARA), funded by the European Union and with support from the Green Economy Coalition and the International Institute for Environment and Development.While the policymakers, financiers and CSOs advocate for a green and circular economy, it is important to nudge a demand for sustainable practices among different kinds of audiences (consumers, producers, aggregators, etc). Through this workshop, we aim to bring together green economy actors like yourself to identify a ‘critical audience’, map their belief systems and build pathways for influencing them. The information processed from the workshop will feed into the development of a communication strategy toolkit which will be available as a public good and can be used by CSOs and others alike for pushing the green economy agenda.
