Workshop offloading through creative movement

Its easy to put on stress over the semester, and by the time we get to the end we dont know how to destress. Come to the offloading workshop for a Dance Movement Therapy session to let go of some stress held in our mind and body through movement. Through the workshop you can find body based techniques that you can use for yourself.
