Celebrate the closing of one chapter and the beginning of another with an afternoon of meditation, intention and movement. You will be guided through a meditation and reflection practice to help you release the energy of the past year and begin to align with your desires for the year ahead. Flow with intention through a creative Vinyasa practice that embodies the freedom, joy and authenticity of new beginnings. Practice closes with a guided visualization and deep relaxation.
What to bring: Clothes to move in, yoga mat, water bottle and pen.
