How do we create art from the places that once silenced us? How do we step out of survival mode and return to our vital, creative life force?

You are warmly invited to an intimate showing and somatic gathering centered around the unveiling of "Mother and Ibogaine"—a painting that serves as a physical archive of cellular recovery, somatic transmutation, and spiritual reclamation.

In this workshop, artist and mother Stephanie Choate shares her raw, personal journey of working with the sacred West African plant medicine, Ibogaine. We will explore how this powerful catalyst helped her heal chronic physical and emotional exhaustion, reset her nervous system, and completely rewrite her relationship to motherhood and her identity as a creator.

Trauma of any kind—whether physical illness, childhood wounds, relational pain, or ancestral burdens—constricts our bodies and freezes our creative flow. By opening up a brave, compassionate space to discuss how we carry these shadows, we learn how to gently move stagnant survival energy out of our physical forms and channel it into profound, resilient art.
