I am coming to teach a weekend workshop in ZURICHThe theme is - "The Medicine of Togetherness"
A weekend of Embodied NVC journey, the non verbal side of NVC, diving to the field of Embodying Intimacy & Tenderness, learning about the MAGIC of Togetherness, the power of effortlessly humans being together.
I invite you for 2 days of learning about Intimacy, connection and love, through curiosity, playfulness & honesty.
The first day - Saturday 23.11 will be a day of exploring embodying intimacy. Learning tools to expand our range of abilities to meet each other (and ourselves) and experience the power of presence, closeness and simplicity. We will explore the ability of tenderness to touch deep places inside, and to connect body & soul. Softness is powerful, vulnerability beautiful, and a group of people can create together MAGIC.
The second day - Sunday 24.11 will deepen to explore our "Inner Community" and our "Inner Conversations" (our inner togetherness). We all have an "internal conversation" going on all the time. Part conscious and part unconscious. Our happiness depends on the dynamics between the parts within us.
It will be a day of exploration of the different parts within us. Through playfulness, curiosity, honesty and empathy to embody our “inner community”, with the support of an “outer community”. This is an invitation to meet the depth of ourselves with simplicity, supported by the group process, for softening the inner dynamics, and weaving the harmony of contradictions inside.

About the Facilitator:
Michael Finkel creates transformational spaces of deep intimacy and honesty to support people in stepping into their self-love, inner freedom, and connect body & soul. He combines simple and powerful practices of embodiment with the power of curiosity and playfulness. He has a gentle, playful way to guide an intimate group process. His passion is to support people to embody their authentic self, to find their life purpose, to regain trust in others humans, and to have the courage to feel & express love.
Michael has been working for several years with NVC (non violent communication), conscious sexuality & intimacy. He holds retreats, workshops and temples. He is a professional circus artist, coming from deep somatic training; and is also a Tango dancer, teacher, and Milonga organizer. This last years he was teaching in events in: Germany, Switzerland, Turkey, Dubai, Israel, Estonia Guatemala & Sweden. He is a writer and a father of 2 kids.
