About this Event

Each Wednesday from 12 - 12:30 p.m. during the month of February at the Main Library, led by the African American Center Librarian, this workshop offers a secular approach to an ancient tradition and is appropriate for people of all faiths including atheists. Visit https://bit.ly/AAC_Meditation.

On view will be a photographic display in the African American Center. The photographs in this display are selections from the Shades of San Francisco project accompanied by poetry from local African American poets. Shades of San Francisco is a community history photography project of the San Francisco History Center, San Francisco Public Library.
