Whether you’re new to meditation or have a regular practice, the guidance will be accessible to all levels. The meditation will be with a surprise theme to be able to dive deeper and to connect with your soul ,mind and body on a deeper level.
🎶Sound Bath Therapy: Following the meditation, you'll be immersed in a soothing sound bath. Using instruments like Tibetan singing bowls, ocean drum, rain stick, shamanic drum , the harmonic vibrations will wash over you, helping to release tension, balance energy, and promote deep relaxation.
