Part 2: Story Excavation Exercise  You'll pair up with another participant and interview each other using documentary-style questions designed to uncover your real impact story, the one you're probably not telling yet.

Part 3: Live Story Shaping  Volunteer participants will share their stories and get real-time feedback and positioning guidance. You'll see how small narrative shifts create massive clarity.

Part 4: Your 30-Day Visibility Plan  You'll create your personalized action plan in the room—one strategic visibility move you'll make in the next 30 days. Then you'll exchange contact info with your partner for accountability.

Part 5: WATTAGE RVA Introduction  You'll learn about WATTAGE RVA, a recognition project launching this March that celebrates Richmond women operating at full power. Applications open February 1 for those interested.
