In partnership with Revby, this in-person workshop helps small business owners understand how customers discover and choose businesses today.
Participants conduct a live audit of their own online presence to see what customers actually see.
The session simplifies the customer journey into search, check, and choose, and highlights the most important factors driving visibility and trust. By the end, participants will identify key gaps and immediate improvements, while being introduced to one-on-one technical assistance for deeper, hands-on support.
