Join Lindsay along with the luminous energy of the full moon each month for a transformative evening of exploration, reflection, connection and movement. This gathering aligns with the energy of the monthly full moon and designed for release, renewal, inner healing and connection. You will be guided through a somatic ceremony including meditation, deep introspection, shadow work and somatic release work including a warm SOMAMVMNT practice, breathwork and intention setting. This monthly ceremony is open to all, offering a safe and nurturing space to pause, reflect, and realign with the rhythms of nature. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more in tune with yourself and the world around you.
What to bring: yoga mat, clothes to move in, water bottle & pen
