Fiber artist Cynthia Lockhart will guide you through a kaleidoscope of diverse techniques and fabrications as you create your very own one-of-a-kind decorative art design.
Lockhart is driven by inspiration and the passion to make innovative and expressive art. She is also fascinated with color, shape and texture. She uses color to capture emotional possibilities; shape—especially in curvilinear lines—to address the twists and turns of life; and texture to express diversity and unlimited possibilities.
In 2022, Cynthia Lockhart's quilt "Created to Be Me" was accepted in the Smithsonian American Art Museum's Renwick Gallery in Washington, DC.
Must be 16+ to register for this event. $25 for members, $35 for non-members.
