Join us for a heartfelt edition of the Workshop Dinner Series in honor of Veterans Day, featuring bold bourbon pairings from Garrison Brothers Distillery, the first legal bourbon distillery in Texas. Known for their award-winning small-batch expressions, Garrison Brothers crafts whiskey with intention and heart—qualities mirrored in this evening’s menu, which pays tribute to the branches of the U.S. Armed Forces through four inspired courses.
Each dish by Chef Zachary Geerson highlights creativity, storytelling, and culinary precision—paired with distinctive Garrison Brothers selections that balance smoky depth, southern sweetness, and refined intensity.
