This workshop is designed for business owners who are in the early stages of growth or navigating their first few years. Courage focuses on developing the confidence, clarity, and resilience needed to lead and act, even when fear or uncertainty is present.
Grounded in our BOLD Framework, participants will learn how to:

*Own their decisions and leadership role
*Lead Forward with confidence and integrity
*Do It Anyway and take action despite fear or discomfort
