The energy nodes, or Chakras, of the body hold multiple levels of energy and help the body, mind, and spirit remain in balance and in a higher vibration. This workshop is designed to help the student identify the locations, purposes, and properties of the seven (7) major Chakras in the body. We will learn to test the spin and strength of each of the Chakras as well.
