Workshop | Building Awareness around our Goals and Dreams

Awareness is the ability to recognize your perspective not just in your experience, but in how others see you as well. It’s about understanding your needs and desires, your habits, and everything that makes you YOU.

To really step into our power, we need to build more awareness in our lives.

To be aware of our thoughts. To be aware of our feelings. To be aware of how we show up in the world and how we react to different situations in our lives. To be aware of how we interact with other people and and to be aware of how we show up in our relationships, both personal and professional.

Ultimately we also need to build awareness and clarity around our goals and dreams so we know where we are going! But sometimes this can be difficult because we don't take the time to understand who we currently are.

This is because we often we don’t take the time to pause, understand ourselves, and create this awareness. We don’t take the time to reflect on how we became the person we are today, how we interact with the world, and how we want to grow into the next version of who we are meant to be.

And it’s my opinion that the world needs us to do this. We need to bring more awareness to all aspects of our lives because it will help us become healthier individuals; and when we become healthier individuals, we will also become healthier as a society.

- How to understand how you became the person you are today.

- How to bring more awareness around who you want to become.

- How to understand how to bring awareness towards your future goals and dreams.
