Zentangling is a therapeutic practice in which repetitively utilizing a multitude of shapes and lines in varying sizes and thicknesses creates an intricate and calming 2-D display. Abstract expression is emphasized through a “no mistakes” approach where mindfulness, focus, and meditation allows us to create in a way that is calming and restorative. Join us in a beginner-focused exploration of this unique art form. All supplies included.
