About this Event
Why has your sleep suddenly changed?
Many women in perimenopause find themselves waking between 2–4 AM, feeling “tired but wired,” or struggling with sleep strategies that used to work.
In this 90-minute workshop, sleep coach Jordan Evans will explain the three most common physiological causes of sleep disruption in perimenopause and what you can do about them.
You’ll learn about:
• Hormonal shifts and the nervous system
• Blood sugar and overnight cortisol spikes
• Chronic stress and “wired but tired” sleep patterns
Participants will also complete a guided sleep audit to identify their personal sleep patterns and leave with practical strategies they can begin using immediately.
Perfect for women who want clear, science-based guidance
