Traditional Workshop of AshtangaLed Primary Series
19th of October at 12 to 2 pm at Urban Zen Swansea Yoga Studio
Surrender to the traditional Ashtanga Yoga method with careful emphasis on the traditional vinyasa method and have fun along the journey.
Experience the integrity and purity of the Ashtanga Yoga practice and be prepared to sweat.
You need to have a minimum of 6 months of yoga practice however you do not need to know the Ashtanga Sequence.
You also will expect traditional open and closing mantras, breathing, meditation, and vinyasa method.
Hand of adjustments and adjustments will be also available, however, you can opt out if you don't want them.
The price is £30.
Please arrive on time, and notice there is 1-day credit in your account for your cancelation but 50 % will be non refundable after booking
