This class explores the relationship between inflammation and diet. Participants will learn to identify common inflammatory foods that may contribute to chronic health issues and to understand the role of phytonutrients, antioxidants, and healthy fats in supporting the body’s natural inflammatory response.
The purpose of this class is to empower participants with practical knowledge about how food choices can support overall health and wellness. Through education and food sampling, participants will explore the components and constituents of foods that may help reduce inflammation and promote long-term health.
