Ethereal Spin
Flow through your movements like a dream in this spin-pole technique session! You'll learn the fundamentals of spin pole physics and mastering gravity to make her your bestie. We'll cover individual techniques to add to your toolkit such liquifying your climbs and mounts, smoothing out your transitions, and then we'll bring it all gorgeously together as we float through choreographed flows.
Pre-reqs: strong climbs, comfortable invert
Clothing reqs: access to bare legs required, to really indulge feel free to bring a floaty skirt or dress!

Let's have some fun and tackle some challenges head-on! As one of the most experienced and qualified pole instructors in New Zealand I’ve taught pole, aerial hoop, and a suite of conditioning and mobility classes across NZ and overseas for over a decade.
I've worked hard to incorporate accessible approaches to cater to students from very limited mobility to hypermobility, very analytically-minded learners to very creatively-minded learners, and I'm so excited to work with you for your optimal learning approach.
It's your hour and you can choose how we use it - my recommendation is to pick a theme, a grip point, or a trick that you're struggling with so that we can deep-dive into the details to unlock it! Some of my clients are looking to get back into movement and finding comfort in their fluidity, some are seeking to nail their inverts, and some are looking at ways of getting into an Eagle - every goal is just as exciting so lets smash it together
