Copy of Workshop | Abstracted Landscape Collage 2-Day

This class has two sessions:

Thursday July 18th 2 - 4pm
Friday July 19th 2 - 4pm

$95 fee covers both dates!

In the first class attendees will paint a few abstract landscapes on paper using palette knives, sponges, saran wrap and brushes . This is a very quick free flowing exercise, with no thinking about composition, just enjoying using color and different textural techniques.

In the second class attendees will cut up our work and arrange them into a landscape or if preferred an abstract composition on canvas.

This is a class for all levels including beginners and allows for play and experimentation.

Instructor Biography

JOCELYN CHEMEL

Jocelyn was born in South Africa and lived in Boston for over 30 years and has recently moved to Delray Beach. Jocelyn studied design, printmaking and mixed media at the Museum School in Boston. She also taught decorative painting techniques for many years as well as mixed media to children.
