One of the biggest challenges in today’s workplace is stepping back from day-to-day operations to think strategically about what’s next. At every level of an organisation, strong critical thinking isn’t just valuable, it’s a competitive advantage. This workshop examines key strategic and critical thinking frameworks as well as decision making approaches. Participants will come away from this workshop with the knowledge and tools to apply these strategies in their workplace.
