This exciting 2026 series is aimed at passionate leaders, both established and emerging, ready to elevate their leadership capability. Communication forms the foundation of great leadership. This workshop examines the different types of leadership conversations required to build trust, strengthen rapport, and deepen relationships to be a future-focused leader. Participants will come away from this workshop with a framework for engaging in feedback and performance conversations with their team and will be equipped with the practical skills to manage challenging conversations in the workplace.

• Identify common barriers to engaging in challenging conversations and adopt mindset shifts that support a more constructive, positive approach.
• Plan, prepare and apply strategies for managing challenging conversations with empathy and confidence.
• Apply strategies to deliver reinforcing and redirecting feedback with clarity and confidence.
• Foster a culture of ongoing, constructive feedback within your team.
