Workshop 2: Showing up - Building Launch Night Confidence

This workshop will look at helping you feel confident about exhibiting your work, feeling proud and happy about what you have achieved, and how the way that you think about exhibiting can change your experience of this.  Using Low Intensity CBT techniques and mindfulness, the session will support you to develop strategies to manage difficult thoughts or presumptions about how your work is perceived. 

The sessions will be held in small, informal groups in a collaborative setting, and participants can expect to work with friendly, trained professionals with experience in supporting a broad range of individuals in our new bespoke centre.  Come and join us! 

Please note parking is on-street around the building for three hours.
