After a fully booked Introduction to Improv, this series continues with a second themed workshop designed to deepen your experience in a relaxed and supportive environment. These workshops are an invitation to step out of your head and into the moment.

Whether you joined the introduction or are completely new, you’re welcome to take part.

In this workshop, we explore how to create and embody different characters using voice, physicality, and emotion.

Through guided exercises and short scenes, you’ll experiment with making clear, instinctive choices and discover how even small shifts can transform a moment.

Led by a professional actress with experience in film, television and theatre, the sessions combine acting technique with playful improvisation. With an important focus on connection, presence, and making simple, honest choices.

No pressure to be funny. No performance experience required. Just curiosity.
