Join us for an evening workshop geared toward empowering women to navigate the mental load that accompanies the start of a new school year.
About this Event

Join us for an evening of shared learning, self reflection, and exposure to new tools.
This intimate evening is for any women who find themselves overwhelmed with the demands that accompany the start of a new school year, regardless of whether you are a mother to children, teens, young adults or if you are a teacher facilitating a classroom. We will address states like anxiety and self-doubt as well as strategies like prioritization and time management. Attendees will be warmly guided to move into a space of self love, intention, and embracing the demands that come with a new academic year.
The evening includes a welcome drink and small meal.

This workshop will be facilitated by Claire Hanlon, MACP, RPsych (#6911) and Anusha Kassan, PhD, RPsych (#4346). They will provide an insurance receipts to attendees following the event.
