The Workplace Health & Wellness Council of the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce (ARCC) is dedicated to advancing its commitment to developing and sustaining a culture of wellness in the business community. The council is excited to host a panel discussion and welcome local experts from the Adirondack Employee Assistance Program, Glens Falls Hospital, and Comfort Food Community to discuss mental health and wellbeing, physical activity, and nutrition in the workplace.The Topic is Workplace Wellness From Head to Toe. This moderated discussion will address the many factors that impact mental and physical wellbeing and examples of strategies and resources to support employers.
