 Who should take this course?
  • Any EEO investigation professional currently holding their MD-110 Certificate and need the Annual Refresher course to continue federal investigations, and/or want the refresher course to keep their skills updated.   (The EEO investigation process has nuances in which no two cases are the same.  The more exposure to a variety of circumstances and situations, the more prepared an investigator is to address the "new" issue when it arrives. Sometimes you don't know what you don't know until it comes up.  If you want to sharpen your skills in a safe space among peer professionals and learn connecting information, this is the refresher course for you.)

  • Any HR/Employee Relations Professional in any employment sector seeking an overview of the EEO Process and developing investigative skills.

  • Any professional who is responsible for responding to employee charges of discrimination in the private sector, federal, state, and local government employers, contractors under OFCCP guidelines and those placing workers on Federal Government sites.

  •   Any HR Professionals holding an MD-110 Certificate and now need the updated refresher to seek independent contractor opportunities.
