This interactive workshop is designed specifically for professionals in support and leadership positions. You’ll gain practical, real-world tools to confidently navigate conversations around stress, burnout, and mental health in the workplace.

In this workshop, you will learn how to:

  • Respond effectively to overwhelmed or struggling employees
  • Stay supportive while maintaining appropriate boundaries
  • Balance empathy with action in real-time conversations

Through discussion, real-life scenarios, and skill-building exercises, you’ll leave feeling more prepared, confident, and equipped to support others—while also protecting your own capacity in the process.
