We have noticed that candidates do better on the Physical Agility Test when they have time to prepare. We welcome all candidates to come and work out with CBPD Officers before taking the Physical Agility Test. We can also share the homework assignments with you (workout plans) if you can't make it.All workout sessions are scheduled from 7-8 p.m. at CBPD. Sessions will be held inside and outside, so wear proper fitness attire, including tennis shoes and comfortable clothing. You will be required to sign a waiver when you arrive.
