Join us Wednesdays in May - September for "Workout Wednesdays" @ Courthouse Square, part of Downtown Dayton Partnership’s CURIO programming.Classes will vary every week to keep your body on its toes and ensure you condition, tone and sculpt your whole body. We will start promptly at 12:15 pm and will run approximately 30 minutes.
Please bring a mat, water and your friends!
