WorkKeys Assessments- Wichita (Spirit AeroSystems ONLY)
About this Event
You are scheduling the 3 NEW WorkKeys Assessments(Applied Math, Graphic Literacy and Workplace Documents) at the Wichita Workforce Center at New Leaf Plaza located at 2021 N. Amidon. After October 16, 2017 the previous WORKReady! assessments (Applied Mathematics, Locating Information and Reading for Information) are no longer available.
The assessments take approximately 4 hours.
Parking
FREE parking is provided on-site. Please park on the East side of the building only.
Pre-Registration
Prior to the session you must go to WORKS.com and create a Job Seeker account. If you already have a KANSASWORKS account you do not need to create another one- you will be counted as having met this requirement. If you do not create a Job Seeker account on KANSASWORKS in advance you will not be allowed to complete the assessments.

Temporary closure of the Amidon Street Bridge
The bridge in the 2000 block of North Amidon, spanning the Arkansas River between 13th Street North and 21st Street North will be replaced. The project will begin on September 19 & the bridge will remain closed until the project is finished in the spring of 2024.
Detour - The detour for through traffic coming to the Workforce Center from south of 13th Street will have drivers go to West Street, turn north to 21st Street & curve back east to Amidon.
Arrival for WorkKeys check-in - During this time, we ask that Customers registered to test plan to arrive at the Workforce Center 15-20 minutes early. No one will be admitted late to the Session.
No one will be admitted late to the session. Also remember to bring a state or federally issued photo ID and a second form of ID (Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, Passport, etc.) to the session. Due to COVID-19, at entry you will be asked a series of questions & it is required that you wear a mask during the entire time in the Workforce Center. Please note there will be breaks between assessments.
Drinks, food, gum are not allowed and should not be brought into the building.
Cell phones and electronic devices will be collected prior to the start of the first assessment and may not be used until you have finished all of the assessments.
** We will be collecting personal information to verify your required registration on KANSASWORKS.com prior to the event.
