Working with Spirit Animal Magic with Dr. Carol and Miss Coexist

Have you ever wondered about your Spirit Animal Guide?

In this workshop, we will learn about the role of spirit animals, how to connect with them, and how they can impact your life. You’ll learn the ways you can identify your Guide, knowing that they choose you (you don’t choose them).

Spirit Animals are found in many cultures, religions, and practices and are known by many names - spirit guide, messenger, fetch (Irish folklore), familiar, totem, power animal, and fylgja (Norse tradition).

Our focus here will be on learning how Spirit Animals are connected with us (birth or totem animal), how to call upon them to support us (power animal), and how to identify and interpret them (animal messengers).

This session will include a lesson, an activity, a ‘meet your spirit animal’ meditation, and lots of discussion. In addition, you’ll learn how Spirit Animals can help contribute to developing your intuitive abilities and complement your spiritual growth and development.

All supplies needed for the activity will be provided.
