📘 Course Description

Review key considerations when working with property owners, including sellers and landlords. This course focuses on the agent's role when representing and working with owners and practical considerations that arise in these relationships.

Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before class.

The classroom is on the 2nd floor, and an elevator is available. Free parking is available on 2nd Street with no two-hour limit. A few parking spaces are also available behind the building. A ramp is located at the far end of the back parking lot.

💻 Live Zoom Attendance

Students attending by Live Zoom must attend from one location for the entire class in a professional learning environment.

You must have a working camera and microphone and reliable high-speed internet. You must remain visible on camera and be available for attendance checks throughout the class, excluding breaks.

📚 Course Materials

Printed course materials will be provided to students attending in person.

Students attending by Zoom will receive digital course materials by email.

🎓 CE Credit

This course provides 3 hours of REQUIRED continuing education and may also be used for Post-License education when applicable.

🔄 Transfers

Transfers may be requested at least 2 business days before class and are subject to seat availability. Any difference in class price must be paid. One transfer is included.

If severe weather or another circumstance affects the class, Carol's Classes LLC will notify registered students. An in-person class may be moved to Live Zoom when appropriate.
