About this Event
Maybe you need to have an awkward conversation. Perhaps you want to say ‘no’ to something but don’t know how. You might be thinking of starting something new. For lots of us, fear shows up in our daily lives and can hold us back. This month, Sarah Raad has kindly agreed to give us a free coaching session on how we can get what we really want by working through the things that scare us.
Sarah is going to walk us through a simple fear-shifting tool we can then use whenever worries, doubts, or overthinking are stopping us from moving forward.
We like to think we’re a safe space for women and non-binary people so please know that sharing is entirely optional. You’ll be given your own workbook and work through your own thoughts and situations in a series of written exercises. Afterwards, there’ll be a Q&A and time to get anything off your chest if you so wish.
Sarah believes creative women don’t need more information or inspiration, they need clearer thinking and space to do it. She helps women untangle their thinking and ideas, build confidence and make better decisions so they feel calmer, clearer, and more able to create the work, life, and career they really want.
She works with coaching clients 1:1, runs workshops and events for creative women, and has an online membership which offers live sessions and self-paced tools and resources around fear, confidence, decision making, goal setting, and more.
If you’ve never met Sarah before, she’s that woman who you’d absolutely want in your corner. She gives off such a calm vibe and instantly puts you at ease with her soothing voice and practical manner. She’s utterly friendly and exudes such warmth. You’re gonna love her. All she asks is that you come with an open mind and you’re willing to explore the idea of fear and what’s holding you back.
As always, there’ll be a delectable array of cheeses and wine/non-alcoholic options.
As is the norm these days, tickets will fly, so don’t hang about.

Our meet-ups are inclusive and supportive spaces and we welcome anyone who’s creative (in whatever form that takes) to join us. We also recognise that our male allies can support our cause further by hearing the thoughts and opinions voiced at our get-togethers. We only ask that our guests respect the inclusive atmosphere and continue to engage in discussion and idea generation for the promotion and support of equal opportunities for female and non-binary identifying creatives.
