Working with the very youngest swimmers is different.

The more we understand early development, reflexes and movement, the more confident our decisions become in the water.
𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 1-𝘥𝘢𝘺, 𝘧𝘢𝘤𝘦-𝘵𝘰-𝘧𝘢𝘤𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘱 𝘪𝘴 𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘯𝘦𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘴𝘸𝘪𝘮 𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸𝘭𝘦𝘥𝘨𝘦, 𝘳𝘦𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘱𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘦, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘧𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘣𝘢𝘣𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘥 0–12 𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘩𝘴.
We will explore:
• How early development shapes movement in the water
• The role of reflexes in building confidence and stability
• What child-led movement really looks like in practice
• How simple holds can be layered to support natural progression
